Nineteen purebred horses to compete in Vila-seca's Cos de Sant Antoni

The traditional festival, declared a Traditional Festive Element of National Interest, will be held on Sunday, January 18, at the Parc de la Torre d’en Dolça.

The traditional Cos de Sant Antoni festival in Vila-seca, recognized as a Traditional Festive Element of National Interest, will take place on Sunday, January 18, at the Parc de la Torre d’en Dolça featuring 19 purebred horses.

The celebration of the Cos de Sant Antoni, cataloged as a Traditional Festive Element of National Interest, will start at 12 noon at the Parc de la Torre d’en Dolça. This year, the equestrian competition will feature a total of 19 purebred English horses.
The race program is divided into three events. The first, the Premi Torre d’en Dolça, will cover 1,700 meters and will include five horses.
The second event is the Gran Premi Ajuntament de Vila seca, the longest race, with a distance of 2,500 meters, bringing together seven participants.
Finally, the third race, the Premi Patronat Municipal de Turisme de Vila-seca, also covering 1,700 meters, will conclude the day with seven more participants.
