The Hard Rock restaurant chain will open a new cafe at PortAventura World this summer, becoming the brand's first establishment in the province of Tarragona and the second in Catalonia, with open access to the general public.

This new establishment, named Hard Rock Cafe PortAventura, will be located in the space previously occupied by the LaLiga restaurant, right next to the main car park of the complex. Its unique feature is that it will be the first Hard Rock Cafe in Europe situated within a theme park, offering a gastronomic and leisure proposal accessible to everyone, without the need to purchase a park ticket.
The restaurant will maintain the characteristic aesthetics and menu of the chain, present in over 70 countries, and will include live music and a Rock Shop. With a capacity for approximately 430 people, it will operate during both lunch and dinner hours and is also expected to host private and corporate events.
This opening is part of an agreement between PortAventura World and Hard Rock International, and comes at a time when the complex is also developing other new features. Currently, a new themed area is under construction at Caribe Aquatic Park and an adventure area in Polynesia, although opening dates for any of these additions have not yet been confirmed.
