The Diputació de Tarragona and the Tourism Board promote Costa Daurada and Terres de l'Ebre at FITUR, the Madrid fair, focusing on cycling tourism and the Gaudí Year.

The institutional delegation, led by the president of the Diputació de Tarragona, Noemí Llauradó, along with the president of the Patronat de Turisme, Enric Adell, and vice-president Eduard Rovira, will coordinate the joint promotion at FITUR. This participation is carried out through the Córner agreement, which brings together 38 public and private entities from the region.
The main events, taking place between January 21 and 25, will focus on positioning the region as a top-level cycling tourism destination. Highlights include the presentation of the new section of the Via Verda de la Val de Zafan on Wednesday afternoon, and a specific event on cycling tourism on Thursday.

The promotion at FITUR seeks to consolidate Costa Daurada and Terres de l'Ebre as premier cycling tourism destinations before the main international tourism agents.

In addition to the new Green Way, attention will be drawn to four major sporting events hosted by the Tarragona counties: the Tour de França, the Vuelta, the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya, and the Clàssica de les Terres de l'Ebre. The promotion will also include activities related to the Gaudí Year.
The joint participation in FITUR includes municipalities from the Costa Daurada such as Salou, Tarragona, Reus, and Vila-seca, as well as entities from the Terres de l'Ebre such as Tortosa, Amposta, and the Baix Ebre Regional Council, among the 38 total participants.
