The Department of Education has reported a 38.48% turnout for the education strike in Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l'Ebre, and Penedès this Tuesday, March 18.

This figure was calculated based on data from 97.14% of schools as of 5:30 PM. The protest is part of a series of regional strikes organized this week to demand better working conditions, following disagreements with the Government's recent deal with CCOO and UGT unions.
The strike participation in southern Catalonia was higher than Monday's turnout in Barcelonès and Baix Llobregat, which reached 31.87% by the end of the day.
