Approximately 1,500 people gathered in Tarragona this March 8th for a demonstration organized by the Plataforma Feminista i LGTBIQ+ del Camp to mark International Women's Day.

The march started at Plaça Imperial Tarraco and moved through Rambla Nova towards Plaça de la Font. Participants focused on the 'care crisis' and the invisible labor that sustains the economy, highlighting the vulnerability of migrant women in irregular administrative situations.

Feminist struggle, anti-racist struggle.

Official figures from the Mossos d'Esquadra police force confirmed the attendance of 1,500 people. Professional groups, including the Col·legi d'Arquitectura Tècnica de Tarragona, also joined the protest to demand better representation in their fields.
