The Pèrgola del Serrallo will serve as the main stage for this event, where various academies and entities specializing in performing arts and yoga will showcase their year-long work. This edition brings together six groups offering a diverse range of styles in a program spread across Saturday and Sunday.

One of this year's highlights is the renewed focus on the social aspect of the event, featuring a performance of inclusive dance by the Companyia En Moviment - 'Si jo puc, tu també', from the Associació Epilep.

Activities will commence on Saturday morning, with performances scheduled from 9 AM to 1 PM. On Sunday, the cycle will continue with two distinct sessions: a morning session from 11 AM to 1 PM, and a final afternoon session from 6 PM to 8 PM, which will conclude this eighth edition.

Participating groups include YogaOne Tarragona, the Àfrica Aguilar Dance School, Adele (dance academy), Endatza - Amaia Dorrnsoro, Urban Style (Mireia Samper dance school), and the aforementioned Companyia 'Si jo puc, tu també' from the Associació Epilep.

The 'Expressa't' cycle was established in May 2021 by the Port Authority of Tarragona to address the need of local schools and entities for outdoor spaces to present their artistic proposals. Since its inception, the Port has solidified this project as an open venue for performing arts and culture, making its facilities available to training centers to foster local cultural and creative talent.
