A hundred people gathered this Sunday at the Balcó del Mediterrani in Tarragona for a 'cacerolada' protest to reject the ongoing wars in the Middle East.

The event was part of a nationwide mobilization organized by the Parar la guerra platform across 150 Spanish cities. Protesters voiced their opposition to NATO and called for an immediate halt to military actions by the United States and Israel in Palestine and Iran.

"We need more voices; this war is a matter of humanity that affects everyone."
