The Salou City Council is organizing the 'Jaume I, Pirates and Corsairs' route on September 5th, a historical journey to explore the maritime past of the Costa Dorada.

The Department of Festivities of the Salou City Council has organized the historical route 'Jaume I, Pirates and Corsairs', an activity designed to immerse participants in the rich maritime history of the town. The route will take place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
This experience combines heritage, legends, and history to understand the pirate and corsair raids that marked the lives of the inhabitants of Salou and the Costa Dorada. The tour will begin at the Pilons area, located at Colón street, 23, and will conclude at Capellans beach.
Registration to participate in the route will open at the City Council's Department of Culture starting August 31st, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
