Clàudia Pérez, originally from Reus, has established a thriving educational project in China by founding Kejia Academy, which currently employs twenty teachers and serves 300 students in Shenzhen.

After completing her studies in Modern Languages in Granada, Pérez moved to China in 2019 as an au pair. This initial contact with the country led her to settle there and launch her own business, which she now promotes to over 218.000 followers on TikTok.

"I cannot explain what China is like until you come to see me."

The academy offers courses in ten different languages and organizes summer camps focused on cultural exploration. While currently focused on her role as a director and influencer, Pérez aims to eventually pursue a career in simultaneous interpretation once she fully masters the local language.
