The city of Tarragona became the national culinary capital this Monday, February 16th, as it hosted the Repsol Guide Suns gala at the ancient Roman Amphitheatre.

World-renowned chefs including Joan Roca, Elena Arzak, and the Torres brothers gathered at the UNESCO World Heritage site. The event featured a selection of local delicacies prepared by Michelin-starred restaurants from the Ebre region.
