The participatory sessions for the Advance of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Torredembarra will continue during October with two new group work sessions. These sessions aim to build proposals based on the information gathered during the first period of citizen participation.
The new sessions will take place on Thursday, October 1st, at 6 PM, at Cal Maiam, and on Thursday, October 8th, at 6 PM, at the Espai Cultural Sala del Mar.
The session on October 1st will be divided into two thematic axes. The first, Routes and mobility, will focus on identifying the main mobility problems in the municipality and proposing criteria or actions to improve connections between neighborhoods, enhance public space comfort, and discuss accessibility alternatives and road structure.
The second axis of this session will be Green spaces and public spaces. This section will discuss possibilities, shortcomings, and necessary measures for non-developable land, as well as proposals to increase urban greenery and spaces for citizen coexistence. Proposals for the protection of natural spaces and the renaturalization of urban areas will also be collected.
