The La Muntanyeta Foundation has opened registrations for the 16th Solidarity Walk, an event that is now a fixture in the Tarragona calendar. The 2025 edition gathered nearly 1,000 participants.
The non-competitive walk, approximately 9 kilometers long, is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The start will be at 09:30 AM on the Rambla Nova, in front of the Teatre Tarragona. The route will follow the Tarragona coast to the entity's facilities in the Sant Pere i Sant Pau neighborhood, where there will be entertainment and refreshments.
The circuit will conclude back on the Rambla Nova. Participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt and a tote bag illustrated by Pilarin Bayés.
The donation to participate in the walk is 10 euros. For children under 12 and people with disabilities, the registration fee is 7 euros. The amount is entirely destined for the foundation.
The event organization, supervised by Athletic Events with volunteers and signage, is supported by the foundation.
