The new management system will be applied during regulated hours, from Monday to Saturday between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., except holidays. Users must register their parking session via the mobile application PARKUNLOAD.

This implementation entails significant changes in distribution. Access for goods vehicles will be prohibited in the Plaça de la Font, relocating operations to the Rambla Vella, where the space will be expanded from 94 meters to 132, enabling about twenty new parking spots.

The regulated zones will allow commercial vehicles, vans, and trucks to park for a maximum of 30 minutes (under 3.5 tons) or 60 minutes (over 3.5 tons). The sanction phase will begin on March 1, with fines of 200 euros for unauthorized vehicles and 100 euros for authorized vehicles not correctly registered in the App.
As an additional improvement, people with reduced mobility will be able to park for 1 consecutive hour in any loading and unloading space in the city, using the same application and displaying the original distinctive card.
