The Tarragona Provincial Council has launched the ImpulsDipta Plan, allocating 16.5 million euros to cover the current expenses of 163 local entities during the 2024 and 2025 fiscal years.

The ImpulsDipta Plan, which will remain in effect until 2027, aims to help municipalities in the region cover costs related to repairs, road maintenance, goods and services, and personnel expenses. This investment specifically targets economic expenditure chapters 1, 2, and 3 of local budgets, including financial expenses such as loan interest and delayed debts.
A total of 163 out of the 184 municipalities in the province of Tarragona (86%) have applied for and received this subsidy. The funding distribution was equitable, based on the needs and projects presented by each local council, ensuring all districts received support.
