Until now, this online service was only available for individual certificates. The collective document certifies the people registered as residents at the same address. This improvement makes it easier for citizens to carry out registry-related procedures without having to travel to municipal offices or wait to obtain the document.
Through the digital Citizen Attention Office (OAC), residents can also apply for registration in the population register, process changes of address within the municipality, update personal data, renew or confirm residency for foreign residents, and download individual and collective residence certificates.
Procedures can be carried out from anywhere and at any time, using the digital identification systems accepted by the platform, such as idCAT Mòbil, Cl@ve, or a digital certificate.
