The Mossos d'Esquadra have reported a 47-year-old man for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs without a valid license in Horta de Sant Joan.

On February 6th, police stopped a vehicle on the T-330 road. The driver, whose license had been previously revoked by a judge, tested positive for drugs and had an alcohol level of 1.19 mg/l, four times the legal limit.
The following morning, the same man was caught again on the same road. He tested positive for alcohol once more with a level of 1.02 mg/l. Consequently, the Mossos seized the vehicle to prevent further offenses.
The individual now faces up to 6 months in prison or significant fines for repeated traffic violations in the Terra Alta region.
