The project features a new bridge connecting the center directly to the park's hiking trails. This upgrade, funded by Next Generation EU grants, also introduces a picnic area, electric vehicle charging stations, and specialized parking for buses and people with reduced mobility.
To promote inclusivity, the park has installed NaviLens technology for visually impaired visitors and night-sky friendly lighting. These facilities will be fully operational by Easter, catering to the 32% of the park's 200,000 yearly visitors who enter through the Terra Alta region.
Additionally, the center is hosting the Artesana exhibition until May, showcasing over 60 handcrafted pieces by local artisans under the Fet al Parc brand, highlighting the region's cultural heritage.
