The state housing agency Casa 47, under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, has opened the tender for the construction of 22 affordable rental units in Batea on March 10.

The project represents an investment of 2.7 million euros and will be located at Joan Miró Street, 27. The building will feature three floors on a 970-square-meter plot, including parking spaces and storage rooms.
Architectural quality and environmental integration are key factors for Casa 47. The selection process will highlight gender perspective, universal accessibility, and bioclimatic functionality to ensure sustainable living conditions.

"The adequate integration of the gender perspective and accessibility will be valued, as well as the aesthetic integration of the building into the environment."
