Architectural quality and environmental integration are key factors for Casa 47. The selection process will highlight gender perspective, universal accessibility, and bioclimatic functionality to ensure sustainable living conditions.

The design includes a central core with exterior walkways to access the apartments, optimizing natural light and social interaction. Construction systems, including foundations and earthworks, will also be strictly monitored.
