Bishop Josep-Lluís Serrano has appointed Anna Torné Martínez as the new media delegate for the Bishopric of Urgell, replacing Cristina Orduña after nearly two decades in the role.

The new delegate holds a degree in Political Science and Public Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and a master's degree in Political Analysis from the University of Barcelona (UB).
Torné has been closely linked to the Church of Urgell since 2021, starting as a volunteer in the media department before joining the professional team full-time.

"We thank Cristina Orduña Ponti for the dedication and professionalism she has shown throughout these years."
