The 'Tapeja per Tàrrega 2026' initiative, held on Thursdays throughout June, achieved great success in participation, serving over 3,000 tapas. This edition saw 16 bars and restaurants from the city take part, solidifying the event as a benchmark for local consumption.
The Councillor for Economic Promotion, Jaume Vall, positively assessed the campaign, highlighting its contribution to revitalizing the local restaurant sector. Vall thanked the participating establishments for their involvement and the citizens who supported Tàrrega's restaurants.
The gastronomic route offered tapas at a price of 4 euros, which included a drink choice of beer, soft drink, wine, vermouth, or water. This formula allowed participants to enjoy a varied and accessible culinary experience.
“"The ‘Tapeja per Tàrrega’ is a totally consolidated initiative in favor of local consumption."
As an additional incentive, the campaign included a raffle for those who completed the satisfaction survey. Prizes offered include a double pass for the Paupaterres 2026 festival and a dinner for two at one of the participating restaurants.
