The self-managed and cooperative space La Soll in Tàrrega has launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise 30,000 euros to purchase the premises where it carries out its activities.

Coinciding with its eighth anniversary, the entity has initiated this campaign through the Summum platform, promoted by the Coop57 Foundation. The main objective is to ensure the continuity and stability of the space, located in Plaça de les Nacions Sense Estat.
Contributions can be made via La Soll's website and offer significant tax incentives. The first 250 euros donated can be deducted up to 80% on income tax returns, while the rest of the contribution benefits from a 40% deduction.
The total cost of acquiring the property amounts to 175,000 euros. To meet this investment, La Soll combines the funds raised through this campaign with its own resources, participatory shares from its members, and a mortgage loan. If the 30,000 euro target is exceeded, additional funds will be allocated to improving the space.
Since its establishment in May 2018, La Soll has consolidated itself as a cultural and social meeting point in Tàrrega, with a base of 400 members. After eight years of renting, the entity's assembly unanimously agreed on February 28 to purchase the space to guarantee its collective ownership and the future of the project.
The project is supported by the Coop57 Foundation, a leading organization in the social and solidarity economy, which assists initiatives with social impact and promotes critical reflection on the economic model from a feminist, ecological, and transformative perspective.
