The Office for Demographic Challenge of the Diputació de Lleida has organized two training sessions in Alt Urgell, as a pilot project, to combat inequalities, promote women's empowerment, and encourage rooting in the territory.

In La Vansa i Fórnols, a course focused on caregiving and attention to individuals will be held. This training will offer practical tools to enhance the well-being and autonomy of people with support needs, as well as self-care strategies for caregivers. The course will run from September 29 to November 5.
Concurrently, in Organyà, an entrepreneurship course will take place, designed to help participants transform their ideas into life projects and professional initiatives. This training program will commence on October 1 and conclude on November 3, covering topics such as selecting business ideas, developing an economic viability plan, identifying funding sources, and essential basic procedures.
