The patron saint festivities of Santes Espines and Mare de Déu de l’Alba in Tàrrega concluded last Sunday, May 17th, with significant citizen participation in the various programmed events.

The celebrations, which began on May 9th, saw a massive response from citizens who fully engaged in the diverse range of events. Despite variable weather typical of May, including showers, sun, and wind, which necessitated some schedule and location changes, participation remained consistently high.
The religious services were particularly solemn and well-attended, filling the parish church of Santa Maria de l’Alba. These events once again highlighted the deep devotion and respect that the residents of Tàrrega hold for their patron saints.
