The Tàrrega City Council is carrying out urban improvements in the Santes Espines and Mestre Amigó streets this February, resulting in thirty new free parking spots for residents.

Both streets, located near Sant Eloi Park, have been converted to one-way traffic from east to west. This change aims to streamline vehicle movement and maximize the available space for public use in the capital of the Urgell region.
Regarding parking, the diagonal spaces near the bus station have been moved closer to the terminal's main entrance. These spots are now available for unlimited time use, providing more flexibility for commuters and visitors.
The project also includes two new designated spots for people with reduced mobility. Along the southern edge of Mestre Amigó street, a new parking lane has been marked, completing the addition of thirty free spaces to the city's infrastructure.
