UE Tàrrega returned empty-handed from their visit to Cubelles this weekend, losing 2-1 in a match where a string of injuries severely hampered the team's performance.

The blue-and-red squad delivered a solid performance but was overwhelmed by physical setbacks. During the first half, Viladrich and Bañuelos were forced to leave the pitch, followed by Tasies and Valls in the second half. These absences forced coach Jordi Jiménez to rely on youth players to fill the midfield.
Micó scored for the home side before halftime, and Pérez extended the lead to 2-0 in the 52nd minute. Despite the challenges, Tàrrega fought back and reduced the deficit in the 86th minute through an own goal by the Cubelles goalkeeper.

"Injuries and errors have condemned us."
