Tàrrega to Host 24th Urgell Walking Tour This Sunday

Over 170 participants have registered for the hiking event featuring two scenic routes through the Urgell countryside.

The town of Tàrrega is preparing for the 24th edition of the Caminada de l'Urgell on Sunday, March 1st, an outdoor event that has already attracted more than 170 hikers.

Starting at 9:00 AM from the Municipal Sports Center, the event offers two different distances: a 8-kilometer easy walk and a more challenging 17.5-kilometer trek. Both paths will lead participants through the natural landscapes connecting Tàrrega and El Talladell.
Organized by the Agrupació Excursionista de l'Urgell, the day includes breakfast, refreshment points, and a final aperitif. Registration is open until February 25th via the official website, with special rates for federated members.
