More than 300 spectators filled the Ateneu Theater in Tàrrega this Saturday to take part in the Cap Butaca Buida campaign, held during the BAT amateur theater competition.

The capital of Urgell joined this national initiative for the second time, aiming to fill every theater seat across the country. This third edition of the campaign reached a total of 81,513 spectators throughout Catalonia, with 4,516 of them in the Lleida region.
The featured play was Quant temps em queda?, written by Marta Butxaca. The performance was delivered by the Grup de Teatre de l'Associació Cultural i Recreativa de Fals as part of the contest organized by the local group BAT.
The comedy follows a protagonist who, after learning he has only one month to live, decides to create a bucket list of things to do before passing away. The high turnout confirms Tàrrega's strong support for amateur performing arts.
