The Urgell County Council has launched the L'Urgell, un passeig entre ametllers program to showcase the region's natural beauty during the March blooming season.

This initiative promotes sustainable tourism through guided walks and immersive experiences in Vilagrassa, Preixana, and Tàrrega. The project highlights the local agricultural heritage and the ephemeral beauty of the pink and white landscapes.
Key events include a guided tour in Vilagrassa on March 8th and the Tastasons festival in Preixana on March 15th. Additionally, Mas de Colom in Tàrrega will host almond tastings and workshops from March 13th to 21st.
The celebration also features a photography contest and special menus in local restaurants, focusing on the importance of the almond in the regional economy and culture.
