"Participating in the Special Olympics is already a great achievement. Behind every participant is a story, personal effort, many overcome challenges, and a will not to set limits. I would also like to recognize the Tàrrega entity that made this possible, the professionals, coaches, families, and all the people who accompany and support them."

"In sports, medals are important, but even more so are participation, the desire to improve, and teamwork, and you at Club Esportiu Alba know a lot about that."
Anna Balp, coordinator and coach of Club Esportiu Alba, explained that they participated with 58 athletes of diverse profiles, despite logistical complexities. She highlighted that the experience was very satisfying for everyone, fostering coexistence and mutual support.
In cycling, Ramon Simona and Albert Ambel won gold medals. In swimming, Itziar Gamero secured gold in two events, while Òscar Cabrerizo and Pol Puiggener also earned medals. In table tennis, Noel Pérez took gold and Toni Santaularia silver. The club also achieved silver medals in futsal and petanque, and bronze in handball.
The event concluded with a group photograph and institutional congratulations, reinforcing Tàrrega's status as a benchmark in inclusive sports.
