The text demands that Adif intensify preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, emphasizing slopes, trenches, drainage, and trackside vegetation.
Beyond storms, incidents reveal structural deficits in Adif's maintenance and a lack of protocols to avoid transferring the social cost to the most vulnerable groups.
