The Castellbisbal government team, led by Mayor Maria Dolors Conde, presented the first Municipal Action Plan (PAM) at Els Costals last Wednesday, February 4.

The Municipal Action Plan (PAM) is a strategic document prepared by the City Council's technical staff with the support of the Diputació de Barcelona (Provincial Council), defining the objectives and key projects to be executed during the remainder of the mandate.

"The website allows citizens to monitor the different actions that make up the PAM and becomes a very important tool for transparency, accountability, and open government."

The presentation ceremony, held at the multipurpose space Els Costals, was used to announce the launch of a new web portal that will allow citizens to continuously track the 95 actions included in the PAM, grouped into six axes. Currently, the plan's execution status is already 71.3%.
Mayor Maria Dolors Conde Domínguez explained that the presentation was delayed compared to the initial goal of 2023 due to the “economic situation” found at the City Council, forcing them to rethink priorities with responsibility and rigor.

"This PAM is a tool serving the present and future of Castellbisbal, reflecting our commitment to responsible, close, and citizen-oriented governance."
