President Salvador Illa and Jéssica Albiach signed an agreement this Thursday at the Palau de la Generalitat for the 2026 budgets, securing key investments for Terrassa.

The political deal between the Government and Comuns directly impacts Terrassa's healthcare. The document confirms the bidding process for the city's first Primary Care Emergency Center (CUAP) and the new Països Catalans health center within this year's accounts.
Regarding mobility, the pact includes a feasibility study for the TramVallès, a tram-train system designed to connect Terrassa, Sabadell, and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). It also addresses the transfer of the R4 North railway line.

"Nothing would be stopped."

On housing, the agreement allocates 1.250 billion euros annually to fight the housing crisis, focusing on rental subsidies and preventing real estate speculation in high-demand areas.
