Applications can be submitted until October 14, preferably online through the City Council's Electronic Office, or in person by appointment at the Citizen Attention Office (OAC). These grants, with a maximum amount of €6,000 per dwelling, aim to encourage the availability of affordable rental housing in the city.
The subsidies are aimed at owners of vacant flats who make them available through the pool, as well as owners of dwellings already included who sign a new rental contract. Eligible expenses include adaptation for minimum habitability conditions, energy efficiency improvements, installation upgrades, thermal and acoustic insulation, repair of deteriorated elements, improvements for the adaptability of people with disabilities, and professional fees such as technical projects or energy certifications.
The total economic allocation for these grants amounts to €30,271.00. Grants will be awarded based on the chronological order of application submission, until the available credit is exhausted.
