The incident occurred around 7:15 PM when a resident of Terrassa's District 3 alerted the 112 emergency number about a group of people engaging in uncivil behavior in a children's play area.
Municipal Police units were dispatched to the scene and identified those present. During the data check, it was discovered that one individual had an outstanding judicial notification, which was then communicated to him.
Furthermore, one of the involved parties was fined for discarding beverage containers in public, causing noise disturbances, and consuming alcohol in public.
According to official sources, during the intervention, this individual adopted an aggressive and hostile attitude, attempting to physically assault the officers. Consequently, he was arrested and taken to the police station, where proceedings were initiated for alleged assault against authority.
