The events took place around six in the afternoon, when a patrol of the Terrassa Municipal Police, while on its routine round, observed a vehicle making an unexpected turn. This action caught the attention of the officers, who decided to stop the car to check its documentation.
Upon requesting personal and vehicle documentation, officers discovered that the driver did not have a driving license. This irregularity led to a search of the vehicle, where twelve wraps of a whitish substance, later identified as cocaine, were found. Additionally, two mobile phones and a quantity of fractional banknotes were located.
Given these indications, the Terrassa Municipal Police proceeded with the individual's arrest. Proceedings were initiated against him for an alleged crime against public health, due to the possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and another crime against road safety for driving without having obtained the corresponding license.
