BMX Terrassa dominates the start of the Catalan Cup in Mataró

The club from Terrassa leads the overall standings with 629 points after a successful opening weekend.

The BMX Terrassa Club has kicked off the 2026 season with a massive victory in Mataró, securing the top spot in the first round of the Catalan Cup.

The team from Terrassa sent a large delegation of nearly sixty riders to the event organized by XL BMX. Their collective performance earned them 629 points, placing them well ahead of BMX Mataró and BMX Catalonia Team in the club standings.
Key individual performances included a full podium sweep in the U7 category by Héctor Rodríguez, Lucía Romero, and Áxel Sánchez. Gold medals were also won by Eric Serrano, Andros Sobrino, and Gabriel Avellaneda.
