The charity organization Camina, Corre i Balla won the first prize at the Rubí Carnival Parade this February with a creative tribute to The Lion King.

The winners were announced this Tuesday at the Castell Municipal Museum (MMUC). The group, consisting of 125 members, received a 1,400 euro prize for their performance titled Rubí King: el cicle de la vida.
Other winners included the Balmes School AFA, which took second place with a The Greatest Showman theme, and the Torre de la Llebre School AFA, which came third with a Around the World in 80 Days inspired float.
This year's edition saw 15 groups and 1,230 participants competing. The jury, made up of members from the Senior Citizens Advisory Council, judged the groups based on costume creativity, musical atmosphere, and overall performance.
