The Castellbisbal City Council has launched a labor inclusion project aimed at people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disorders who are currently unemployed.

Led by Factoria Social de Terrassa (LaFACT), the initiative provides weekly support for individuals over 16 years old with a recognized disability of 33% or more. The program includes tailored training and job search assistance.

"We want people with disabilities to have real support to access the labor market and demonstrate their full potential."

José Goberna Díaz · Councilor for Employment
An information session will be held on March 3rd at 10:00 AM at the Margarida Xirgu space in Els Costals to present the details of this fully subsidized program.
