CN Terrassa Dominates Catalan Frontenis Championship with Historic Double Victory

The Club Natació Terrassa has achieved a resounding success in the 2026 Catalan Olympic Frontenis Pairs Championship, being crowned champion in both the Honor Division and First Division during the final phase held in Barcelona.

The competition, which took place on March 28 and 29 at the Frontons de l'Ègora Olímpics Vall d'Hebron, culminated in a double victory for the club from Terrassa. Saturday's matches were characterized by high-intensity and competitive semifinals.
In the First Division, CN Terrassa “B” secured its spot in the final after defeating Club Pelotari Santa Coloma “B” with a convincing 2 sets to 0 (15-10 and 15-7). Concurrently, in the Honor Division, CN Terrassa “A” advanced to the final by overcoming Club Pelotari Santa Coloma “A” by 2 sets to 1 (15-7, 14-15, and 10-4), demonstrating a strong ability to recover after losing the second set.
On Sunday, the decisive day, the Terrassa club solidified its excellent performance by winning both titles. In the Honor Division, the pair of Biel Vaghi and Saúl García (CN Terrassa “A”) triumphed in a very close final against Adrià Cano and Marc Esteve (Associació Frontó Roquetes “A”) by 2 sets to 1 (15-14, 14-15, and 10-6), in a thrilling match decided in the third set.
Meanwhile, in the First Division, Daniel López and Vicens Sellarès (CN Terrassa “B”) completed the Terrassa double by defeating Club Frontenis Cerdanyola “B” by 2 sets to 0 (15-14 and 15-12), thus concluding a memorable participation for the Club Natació Terrassa.
