The agreement, which includes measures to minimize the industrial impact, was communicated by the CCOO de Catalunya union. The final proposal must be validated by the workforce in a referendum scheduled for this Friday.
Company departures will be exclusively through voluntary resignations. Once the text is ratified, a period until June 19th will open for interested workers to join the disengagement process. These departures will be implemented progressively in four blocks, with the first in mid-July and the last scheduled for March 31, 2027.
A maximum compensation of 100,000 euros has been agreed upon. Employees under 50 years old will receive 33 days per year worked with a maximum of 24 monthly payments, plus a lump-sum supplement of 12,000 euros and 2,000 for voluntariness. For workers between 50 and 55 years old, the lump-sum supplement is reduced to 6,000 euros. Those aged 56 to 59 will receive 33 days per year with a maximum of 24 monthly payments; those aged 60 to 62, 30 days with a maximum of 18 monthly payments; and those over 63, 20 days with a limit of 12 monthly payments.
The document also includes a three-year return clause, giving affected employees priority for stable vacancies if new non-temporary positions are created. Additionally, a temporary ERE will be applied to 38 people in the engineering area from September 2026 to June 2027, with a maximum of two days per month per person, without affecting holidays or extra pay.
