For several days, the shop windows of the Fifty Factory establishment in Parc Vallès, Terrassa, have displayed large signs announcing a closing down sale. This store, which has offered discounted clothing products to Terrassa residents for many years, is located on the first floor of the shopping center.
The company, founded in 1997 and part of Grupo Tendam, has not disclosed the reasons for this decision, nor whether it is a definitive farewell to Terrassa or if there are plans for relocation. The only available information is that all in-stock items are being sold at greater-than-usual discounts.
Interestingly, the Fifty Factory premises are located right next to where another major fashion operator, the Halfprice chain, will soon open its doors. This situation creates anticipation about the future of the fashion outlet sector in the city.
Fifty Factory works closely with brands such as Cortefiel, Springfield, Pedro del Hierro, and Pierre Cardin, transforming production surpluses and collection changes into affordable clothing items. Additionally, it offers products from Women'secret, Milano, Only, Pieces, Vero Moda, Slow Love, Levi's, Dockers, and Jack&Jones, including accessories, footwear, and underwear for both men and women.
This Terrassa store was the only Fifty Factory location in the entire Vallès Occidental region. In Catalonia, the brand maintains two other establishments in La Roca del Vallès and Viladecans. Internationally, it has sales points in the rest of Spain, Portugal, Serbia, and Bosnia, complementing its offerings with online sales.
