Fluidra closes 2025 with 176 million euro profit, up 28%

The multinational Fluidra, headquartered in Sant Cugat del Vallès, concluded the 2025 financial year with a net profit of 176 million euros, marking a 28% increase compared to the previous year.

Total sales reached 2,184 million euros, a 7% rise in comparable terms. Growth was recorded across all regions, with North America and the rest of the world growing by 7%, while Europe saw a 4% increase.
Adjusted EBITDA rose by 9% to 501 million euros. The company successfully completed its Simplification Program, achieving 100 million euros in savings, and has initiated a new efficiency plan targeting an additional 120 million euros by 2030.
The board has proposed a dividend of 0.65 euros per share. Looking ahead to 2026, Fluidra expects sales growth between 3% and 7% as it continues to focus on operational excellence.
