The real estate agency Central de Torres has listed the Francesca Bracons House in Sant Cugat del Vallès for a price of 3.5 million euros.

This historic estate, located at 24 Àngel Guimerà Street in the Eixample-Golf neighborhood, is a landmark of local heritage. The building is classified as a Local Cultural Asset (BCIL) and is a prime example of early 20th-century summer architecture.
Designed in 1919 by architect Joaquim Lloreti i Homs, the villa features Italian architectural influences. Its most striking feature is an octagonal central lantern with a decorated ceramic dome that serves as the building's structural axis.
The property sits on a 1,525 m² plot and includes a 373 m² main house. While it retains original hydraulic tile floors and high wooden-beamed ceilings, the mansion currently requires a complete restoration to be brought back to its former glory.
