Incasòl to deliver keys for Can Llong social housing on March 26

The Incasòl agency has scheduled the official key handover for the new affordable rental apartments in Sabadell for March 26, located in the Can Llong neighborhood.

The 34-unit development on Ronda Europa faced a year of delays caused by financial disagreements with the construction firm. The Generalitat confirmed that the results of the March 2025 lottery for residents under 35 remain valid.
The apartments, measuring approximately 55 square meters, will rent for about 500 euros per month, including community fees. This project represents the first Incasòl completion in Sabadell in seven years, following a total investment of 4.3 million euros.
