The Generalitat Firefighters are working intensely with 18 units to control a blaze engulfing the main building of the Honda factory in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. The primary objective is to prevent the flames from spreading to other warehouses in the Torre del Rector industrial park.

As a precautionary measure, adjacent industrial buildings have been evacuated. Civil Protection has advised nearby residents to close doors and windows to avoid smoke inhalation.

The incident was reported shortly before 3 PM. The fire has completely affected the interior and roof of the warehouse, forcing emergency teams to work primarily from the exterior to ensure safety.
