Rail traffic on the R4 line has been suspended since early afternoon between Sabadell Sud and Manresa because of an infrastructure issue, leading to the pre-alert activation of the PROCICAT plan.

The incident, located between Sabadell Sud and Terrassa Estació del Nord, has completely halted the Rodalies service through Sabadell, as the city's railway tunnel cannot be crossed nor connect towards Terrassa or Manresa. In the direction of Barcelona, the service operates from Sabadell Sud.
Renfe has reported via the X network that an alternative road service is being arranged to facilitate mobility in the affected section, although intermediate stops have not been specified. The Terrassa City Council has detailed that buses will only reach Terrassa Est station, with a frequency of two per hour in each direction, and recommend using Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat to access Terrassa Centre.
As of 7:20 PM this Saturday, the Sabadell City Council had not issued any official communication regarding the incident. Meanwhile, several users have expressed their discontent on social media due to the inadequacy of the alternative transport options.
