Between last Friday and Monday morning, several drivers have been subject to police reports in Sabadell. The detected offenses include alcohol levels exceeding the maximum limit, driving under the influence of narcotics, and operating a vehicle without a valid driving license.
The alerts began early Saturday morning in Plaça de Catalunya, where a driver registered 0.88 mg/l of alcohol (the maximum limit is 0.25 mg/l). Shortly after, on Vidal street, another driver was intercepted with 0.66 mg/l.
On Sunday morning, on the carretera de Terrassa, a motorcycle was stopped for erratic driving, and the rider registered 0.73 mg/l. Early Monday morning, on the carretera de Barcelona, a driver recorded 1.18 mg/l and was found to have no driving license. Later, on Buxeda street, a driver recorded the highest alcohol level of the weekend, 1.30 mg/l, after colliding with a parked vehicle.
The weekend also saw an accident where a vehicle crashed into a shop window on Carrer del Sol street, resulting in the driver and passenger being taken to a hospital. Additionally, two more drivers were identified driving without a license, one on Baldomer street and another on Avinguda de Matadepera, whose vehicle also lacked a valid ITV inspection.
