The office of the Síndica de Greuges de Catalunya (Catalan Ombudsman) will return to Castellbisbal next Thursday, May 28, to offer assistance to citizens regarding complaints and inquiries related to public administrations.

Members of the Ombudsman's team will be available throughout the morning to receive individuals wishing to file complaints or make inquiries about actions taken by public administrations or companies providing services of general interest, such as water, electricity, or gas.
Visits can be conducted in person at the Miquel Blanch Municipal School of Music, located at Plaça de l'Església, 2, or remotely. For either modality, it is essential to schedule an appointment in advance. This can be done via the Ombudsman's official website, by calling 900 124 124, or by sending an email to citaprevia@sindic.cat.
This initiative is part of an agreement signed between the institution and the Castellbisbal City Council, aiming to enhance citizens' guarantees and rights. The office's last visit to the town was on October 20, and these periodic visits allow the citizens' advocate team to directly gather questions and complaints from the population.

"To address the complaints of all individuals who find themselves unprotected by the actions or inactions of administrations."
