The People's Party municipal group in Rubí will present a motion at the next plenary session to demand the completion of works at the Vallès Park sports court and a general improvement plan.

Spokesperson Juan José Giner criticized the current state of the Vallès Park facility, describing recent interventions as insufficient. The party pointed out issues such as damaged flooring, missing nets on goals and hoops, and a lack of basic amenities like benches or picnic tables.

"You cannot announce an improvement when the work has been left half-done; residents deserve a complete, safe, and functional facility."

The PP proposal sets a six-month deadline to fix the deficiencies. Additionally, they are calling for a general diagnostic of all leisure infrastructures in Rubí's residential outskirts to reverse years of accumulated neglect.
