Ripollet City Council Calls Commission to Approve Tax Ordinances and Delegations

The Information Commission for Organization and Promotion will debate the modification of ordinances and the delegation of traffic fine collection powers to the Provincial Council.

The Information Commission for Organization and Promotion of the Ripollet City Council will hold an extraordinary session on September 17, 2026, to address several key points on the municipal agenda.

The agenda includes the approval of the previous minutes and the provisional modification of various tax ordinances for the year 2026. Specifically, the general ordinances for the management, inspection, and collection of municipal public revenue, as well as tax ordinances no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 21, and 26, will be discussed.
The modification of Tax Ordinance no. 19 is also planned. This item, along with the modification of the general ordinances, falls under expediente 2026/6096.
Another topic for debate will be the delegation of traffic fine collection powers to the Barcelona Provincial Council, under expediente 2026/9428. Furthermore, the delegation, modification, clarification, and revocation of function delegations to the same Provincial Council, corresponding to expediente 2026/9439, will be addressed.
